• What companies am I most interested in joining?

Focusing your efforts on companies that are most likely to be interested in you will increase your chances of finding employment quickly.

Focusing on companies you would like to work in will increase your chances of having satisfaction in your work and enthusiasm about your search. Ideally you will select companies that meet both criteria.
