2. Same Industry/Different role: you want to remain in the same industry but in a different role

3. Different Industry/Same role: you would like to move into a different industry but in the same or similar job role

4. Different Industry/Different role: you would like to make a major career change by making a transition into a different industry and different role (hardest transition)
