The usual interview has three stages: 1. Beginning: 5% of the interview time is used to check facts. Interviewer will typically looks at your personal details, educational background and interests. 2. Middle: 80% of the interview. Interviewer will look at your work experience and achievements. 3. End: 15% of the interview. Interviewer will look at general career trends, strengths, weaknesses, salary issues. Also used to double check facts and test reservations. Often an interviewee is not aware this is happening. When you get to an interview just remember. An interviewer can be a stressed person and yours may be the first, tenth or twentieth interview conducted. Try to make their life as easy as possible. The easier the interview, the more positive points you will score. |
