Cancellation policy In the event you are unable to attend a training session, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place. Should you wish to cancel your registration we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of $50 per registered delegate, providing we receive the cancellation in writing by fax or letter at least 10 working days prior to the day of the training session. Cancellations received within 10 working days of the training course, or non attendance on the day, will not result in a refund. Crossroads Human Resources will endeavour to ensure that this training program is correct at the time of the publication.  We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone these training courses in which case full refunds will be issued.
