Greg Halse - Partner
Greg's HR experience has been built through both international and national assignments over the past 20 years. These have included HR interests in Australia, South Africa, Asia and the US. This solid platform has allowed him to build a consulting career to support corporate, medium and small businesses.
Greg leads our team of dedicated HR professionals in the HR Careers Search and Selection Practice, our retained Business Partners and our career transition services. He is tertiary Qualified in the Social Sciences majoring in Industrial Psychology and Human Resources Management.

After 25 years working in large and complex organizations, Rosemary offers clients a sound understanding of career management strategies to assist individuals achieve personal job satisfaction and success.
Rosemary’s career development expertise has been gained through designing and facilitating corporate career programs and providing ongoing mentoring and career counseling to employees. She worked as an HR recruitment consultant with a significant international management consulting firm for many years and helped job applicants at all stages of their job search and careers. She has a particular interest in managing late career change and helping individuals work flexibly. Rosemary has a reputation for active listening, thoughtful questioning techniques and a strong understanding of how to navigate the internal and external job markets.
Rosemary is committed to achieving a healthy and balanced work life. Over the last 5 years she has worked towards creating a “portfolio” career. Some components of this portfolio are part time work as an HR program manager with a Global IT company, private career counseling with clients and School Council member for a private Melbourne girls’ school. She is an avid reader of Asian literature and coordinator of a bookclub.
Rosemary’s qualifications are a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) majoring in Indonesian and a Masters in Careers Education and Development (RMIT).
She is a professional member of the CDAA (Career Development Association of Australia).
Jane Pingo - Consulting Services

Colin Needham - Consulting Services

Peta Nowacki - Workplace Relations Consultant
Peta graduated from Monash University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law. Peta was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as a barrister and solicitor in April 1999 and has worked exclusively in the area of workplace relations since this time as a lawyer and senior associate in major Victorian Law firms. She completed her Masters of Labour Law in 2004.
Peta has also worked as an employee relations and human resources manager providing a range of awards, agreements, industrial matters and discrimination. Peta has worked across the fields of education, professional services, retail and manufacturing.
Peta is an accredited mediator with LEADR Association of Dispute Resolvers and is on the Law Institute of Victoria mediation list.
Mark Moore - Consultant - Training
Mark’s approach to training is to avoid over theorising – so the emphasis of his workshops is on practicality. His workshops are highly interactive, and participants do not sit down for long. He encourages participants to share ideas and to reflect and review past experiences. He combines participation with established concepts and techniques. Participants are encouraged to develop and practice specific actions, which can be implemented when they return to the work environment. Mark believes that participants should be able to immediately apply the relevant tools and techniques they have learned.
Mark has an Economics and International Politics degree. He has completed Consulting and Facilitation seminars at Hawthorn Institute, Maxxim, P/D Performance Dynamics, Integro, Liberty Consulting, Australian Psychologists Press, and has Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Mark has 20 years of Training and Consulting experience.
