There are three constants in life - taxes, death and change.   In a globalised world you and your organization cannot afford to stand still for very long.  Do so and the world and your competitors will pass you by.  The reality is that there is no shortage of ideas and therefore little reason not to be innovative.  What holds us back is our inability to tap into the creativity of others and ourselves.  Even when we do uncover good ideas, we often struggle to translate these ideas into action.

Content:   In this program participants will learn how to:

• Create an environment that fosters and encourages change and innovation
• Apply simple lateral thinking techniques to stimulate creativity
• Evaluate and select ideas for action
• Outline Change Transition Strategies
