Your potential stressors

You can do it well but do not enjoy doing it.

People are usually good at doing what they enjoy. However, it may happen that not all activities you can perform well bring you a high level of satisfaction and enjoyment.

You manager may notice that you are very good at writing weekly/monthly reports and start putting an emphasis on this activity without realising that you don’t enjoy this type of work at all. Such situation may negatively affect the quality of your work and lower your motivation and job satisfaction.

You need to find out if there are activities you can do well but don’t like doing them. You may want to share this with your manager and work colleagues to then work out how to minimise if not completely eliminate potential stressors or increase your interest in those activities.
